Hare & Tortoise restaurant
Due to lack of space the restaurant needed to be extended and fortunately the
owners were able to acquire the neighbouring property. Permission was given by the local authorities to join the two properties by making a new opening. We designed a new seating area, new large kitchen and take away area in collaboration with Gordon Young of SaY architects along with the project management. WT Partnership undertook the cost management and Price & Myers the structural engineering. This project was almost completed to budget.
